孩子在美国上小学，家长能陪读吗？

　　F-1签证持有人的未成年子女或配偶可以申请F-2签证进入美国进行陪读。F-2签证持有人可以在美国生活读书，但是不可以在美国进行工作。

　　但是如上所说，F-2签证仅仅适用于F-1持有人的配偶或未成年子女，F-1持有人的父母并不可以申请F-2签证。

　　美国政府专门颁发过“法律指导“来解决这一问题：幼龄留学生的父母可以申请B-2签证，入境美国陪读。

　　另外，您也可以申请来美国读书，这样你的孩子可以获得F-2签证。F-2签证的持有人是可以就读于美国公立学校的。
