在F-1 opt期间，自己有一份工作，然后下班后又注册了uber开了2周，现在要申请H1B,不知到有没有影响？不知道开uber合法吗？专业是management science很笼统的专业，不知如何和uber挂钩。。。
根据移民局的说法：While on F-1 OPT, the work you will perform must directly relate to your major area of study. If you are starting a business, themajority of the work you performmust be directly related to your major area of study.
